中华北路99号项目位于贵阳市北云区中华北路北段，是贵阳老城区重要的金融街之一，整个街道两侧坐落着历史悠久的建筑，项目紧挨着民国历史建筑‘毛公馆’（建于1930年）。团队希望尊重场地原有的历史文脉，在地面、墙面上通过材料颜色、质感以及历史图案元素等，尝试将场地融入周边的历史街区，通过解决场地高差，优化场地弊端，开放街区界面等方式，使其成为未来具有潜力的城市公共空间。在项目南侧，通过台地跌级的方式化解场地与周边道路6米的高差，缓解了室内大堂望向室外景观的闭塞感，在广场中央设计特色种植池来形成回车场地，满足落客功能的同时也提升了入口整体的仪式感，将中华北路的历史街区地图嵌入镜面水池池底，以此唤起市民对历史的回忆，提升了市民对中华北路99 号项目的新认识。

The 99 Zhonghua North Road project is located in the northern section of Zhonghua North Road, Beiyun District, Guiyang City. It is one of the important financial streets in the old city area of Guiyang, with historic buildings on both sides of the street. The project is adjacent to the historical building of the Republic of China, the 'Mao Mansion' (built in 1930). The team hopes to respect the original historical context of the site, and try to integrate the site into the surrounding historical blocks through material colors, textures, and historical pattern elements on the ground and walls. By solving the height difference of the site, optimizing the drawbacks of the site, and opening up the block interface, it will become a potential urban public space in the future. On the south side of the project, the 6-meter height difference between the site and the surrounding roads was resolved by using a terrace to level off, alleviating the sense of obstruction of the indoor lobby facing the outdoor landscape. A special planting pool was designed in the center of the square to form a return area, meeting the function of dropping off passengers while also enhancing the overall sense of ceremony at the entrance. The historical block map of Zhonghua North Road was embedded in the mirror pool bottom to evoke citizens' memories of history and enhance their new understanding of the Zhonghua North Road 99 project.
