Zhoushan, the city of Thousand Islands, the boat in the sea; It is the only place within the scope of the Yangtze River Delta to see the clear sea water (Dongji Island, Shengsi and other places), with a large number of tourism resources such as Putuo Mountain, Peach Blossom Island, is the only island ancient city in China, is also the first free trade pilot zone featuring Marine economy.

Caijiadun block in the west of Dinghai City is the western entrance portal of Dinghai District in Zhoushan. It is the "urban living room" and "image landmark" of Dinghai Main City and Yancang sub-center. It Outlines nine scenes of Zhejiang's future community construction, future neighborhood, education and health. Jindi Shanhai Future City, Zhoushan City core gateway in the era of high-speed rail, is the first future community project in Zhoushan in the first batch of provincial projects and also the first future community of Jindi Group. There are too many surprises to be expected from this work of The Times.

Community is the cell and unit of a city, but also the epitome of a city. Enabling the future community with science and technology and creating the scene of scientific and intelligent living are the beautiful vision of Jindi Southeast for the future community plot in the west of Dinghai City.

As the first future community project of Gemdi, the Shanhai Future Community plot aims to meet people's longing for a better life, focuses on the service demand of the whole life chain of the community, takes humanism, ecology and digitalization as the value orientation, and takes many scene innovations of future neighborhood relations, education, health, entrepreneurship, construction, transportation, energy, service and governance as the guidance.

Seamless community TOD, integrating the neighborhood center with the bus terminal, and connecting the residential areas through the pedestrian bridge, so as to seamlessly connect traffic, business and residential areas; The company provides an integrated solution for electric vehicle charging and electric replacement through intelligent charging pile, intelligent electric replacement cabinet, safety monitoring module and fire extinguishing module to solve safety hazards in the use of two-wheeled electric vehicles.

02 The Origin/The exploration of the sea of stars

The maritime history of Zhoushan originated in the Ming Dynasty. Zhoushan was the first stop for the British mission to visit China. Ancient mariners who set sail from Zhoushan would observe the stars at night and the sun at day to guide their way forward.

The unique historical and cultural background of the project, the four elements of "boat", "ecology", "science and technology" and "life" become the design background that needs to be reflected.

03 Formation/Mysteries of the Solar System

In the design process, we hope to take the eight planets of the solar system as the core drive, so that the building itself can reflect the significance of science and technology and exploration. As a result, the shape of the building also borrows some of the basic principles of how the universe works.

After research and attempt, starting from a square conforming to the terrain road network, more block surfaces are derived by cutting the square volume. The staggered movements create Spaces interspersed with virtual and real Spaces, and form atriums, paths, and terraces at the junction, enriching the level and function of the building.

A large number of curved designs are adopted, with spiral-shaped green belts surrounded by layers to symbolize the beauty of the curved motion of celestial bodies. In the role of a three-dimensional park, it integrates into the daily life of surrounding residents and becomes a place for daily residents to walk, play and rest. It has also become a clocking point for art and photography lovers.

04 Flow inside and outside/space

The pursuit of pure design spirit and seamless integration of interior and exterior space between buildings explores the reality and technology, culture and nature, floating and flowing in space perception.

Like the sun at the center of the solar system, the cave window is a core space that serves as a gathering place. The spiral staircase connects the first floor, the second floor and the roof garden, and diverges outwards from the circular skylight window.

The world view of ancient Chinese is that the circular opening is also round. The Book of Changes, the Book of Shang and other theories and ideas are based on this. It can be said that without the circle, there would be no Chinese design. The design team also used it to convey a sense of fulfillment for the future community. While reflecting the sense of the future of science and technology, it also conforms to the traditional aesthetic view of the unity of nature and man.

05 Facade/Fine artisan texture carving

In the selection of materials after repeated deliberation, after the research and reference of irregular buildings at home and abroad, the final choice of UHPC and grey glass as the main materials. Compared with aluminum and stainless steel, UHPC has better hyperboloid plasticity, which makes the material in the large area of application better.

At the same time, the grey glass used in this case, compared to the ultra-white glass, gives the building a sense of mystery while maintaining the interior view. The blue-gray glass curtain is clear and transparent. The sky is reflected in the glass, and the glass is reflected in the water. Under the influence of both, the building as a whole is like an "ark" sailing in the waves toward the future.

06 BIM/Advanced digital construction technology

Parametric design is used in this project. In order to achieve smooth curve modeling of stairs in the third round of scheme, sine function algorithm is used to map the interference of data on the Z-axis of the control point of stairs, and various parts of the stairs are generated through a series of battery scripts, so as to realize the parametric design of stairs.

For the skin of stairs, we extract the anchor points through parametric design, combined with three-dimensional and two-dimensional coordinate information, to assist the construction unit and curtain wall unit to complete the corresponding work. In addition, in the docking with the construction drawing, we realized that the edge line of the board was irregular, and some inaccurate alignment occurred in many discussions with the structure major. Therefore, we used BIM technology to dock the construction drawing units, so as to realize the accuracy of the drawing docking.

07 Conclusion

Designers have always been dreamers, because we will be the dream of the "mountains and seas of the future boat" real present; Designers are never dreamers, because we have to think about the real experience of the space, the use of the scene. It is a very high challenge for all professional teams to present a future boat of mountains and seas to everyone in the Thousand Island Zhoushan on the mountains and seas. After careful grinding and refining for countless times of repeated deliberation and evolution, the dream finally comes true.
