奇幻天台百老汇演艺消费新空间

包含沉浸互动剧场、酒吧剧场、天台剧场、

近景魔术剧场，网红露台咖啡、深夜魔术酒吧

位于南京文化艺术中心7层

创造了一个与常规室内酒吧、剧场不同的演艺新空间

通过将魔术戏剧元素与户外功能区的结合

将人们代入不同的故事场景

营造出一个令人兴奋、愉悦、惊喜

和享受的沉浸式娱乐环境

此次项目我门将建成于2000年的南京文化艺术中心

几近闲置废旧的顶楼进行“微更新”，盘活建筑第五立面，

通过巧妙设计体现“小改造，大用途”

在城市中心钢筋混凝土森林中，

打造了一片独一无二的精神绿洲。

Our goal for this project is to build the Nanjing Cultural and Art Center in 2000

The nearly idle and abandoned top floor is undergoing a "micro update" to revitalize the fifth facade of the building,

Through clever design, it embodies the concept of "small renovation, big use"

In the reinforced concrete forest in the city center,

Created a unique spiritual oasis.

室内设计方面我们将美国百老汇大都会风格融入到南京这座城市，因为民国时期1912年的南京的娱乐演艺场所也充满了百老汇的元素。红丝绒的窗帘布艺、皮质的黑色沙发、复古的金色壁灯等元素充满了室内的各个空间。设计色彩上大剧场延用了酒红色与金色的搭配凸显了歌剧院的魅力带领大家梦回百老汇的鼎盛时期。魔术酒吧区域考虑到魔法的主题，我们将哈利波特电影里的英式复古火车站搬到了中央区域的吧台位置，酒墙背景结合了欧式教堂里的彩绘玻璃元素仿佛拉回到哈利波特的电影场景中。微剧场空间延续了大剧院的百老汇主题，在座椅排布上我们选用了阶梯式的吧椅，让观众的观感更加舒适。户外露台我们希望打造一片属于城市的绿洲，到处都充满了热带植物与花卉，配置了许多露营风的家具，让客人能够坐下来，每一处座位面向的城市街景都是不一样的，如果恰巧是日落的时候，会看到绝佳的风景。

In terms of interior design, we have incorporated the American Broadway metropolitan style into the city of Nanjing, as the entertainment venues in Nanjing in 1912 during the Republic of China era were also filled with elements of Broadway. The red velvet curtain fabric, leather black sofa, retro gold wall lamp and other elements fill various spaces inside the room. The combination of burgundy and gold colors in the design of the grand theater highlights the charm of the opera house and leads everyone back to the heyday of Broadway. Considering the theme of magic, we have moved the British retro train station from the Harry Potter movies to the bar counter in the central area of the Magic Bar area. The wine wall background is combined with painted glass elements from European churches, as if pulled back into the Harry Potter movie scene. The micro theater space continues the Broadway theme of the grand theater, and we have chosen a stepped bar chair layout to make the audience's experience more comfortable. We hope to create an outdoor terrace that belongs to the city, filled with tropical plants and flowers, and equipped with many camping style furniture, allowing guests to sit down. Each seat faces a different city street view, and if it happens to be sunset, you will see excellent scenery.
