Her research and practices focuse on applying design (thinking) approach, methods and tools to foster innovation in organisations in both private and non-profit sectors. She has developed her expertise on design research, strategic scenario building and service system design. She is experienced in working with inter-disciplinary and inter-cultural teams.
In the last five years, she has participated in several EU co-funded research projects (e.g. Co-Create, CREA summer academies) and international research projects (e.g. Longevicity - social inclusion for the elderly through walkability). Besides, she has also co-led a number of strategic and service design projects for clients in diverse sectors, including NTT data, Magis, KUKA home, Midea, Chicco, Fondazione Cariplo, Universiis.
She has given lectures at many design schools both in Europe and Asia, and published articles on international scientific journals and conference proceedings.
